With a career rooted in both personal training and performance coaching, she’s helped countless clients transform not just their bodies—but their confidence, mindset, and overall well-being.
Amber believes true fitness isn’t about punishing workouts or chasing quick fixes. It’s about creating a lifestyle that makes you feel powerful, resilient, and proud of your progress. Her coaching blends smart, progressive training with a supportive environment where everyone feels seen and encouraged.

Kevin Rodriguez
Kevin is the Head Trainer at The Training Room with 5+ years of experience. Over the years, he’s helped hundreds of busy professionals and everyday athletes build strength, confidence, and consistency—without the intimidation or burnout that often comes with starting (or restarting) a fitness routine.
Kevin’s coaching style is approachable and empowering. He believes fitness should feel like something you get to do, not something you have to do. His favorite part of coaching is watching people surprise themselves—lifting heavier, showing up consistently, and realizing they’re stronger than they thought.
